These terms apply to PeakReply, a lead response and booking tool operated by DroneAlpha LLC.

Service

PeakReply helps roofing companies capture website inquiries, qualify roofing requests, and send notifications to designated team members. PeakReply does not provide roofing, insurance, legal, or emergency services.

Homeowner Submissions

By submitting a request, a homeowner agrees that the connected roofing company may contact them about the roofing request by phone, email, or text message. Message and data rates may apply.

PeakReply Internal SMS Alerts

PeakReply may send operational SMS alerts to designated PeakReply staff who opt in through the SMS consent page. Program name: PeakReply Internal SMS Alerts. Message frequency varies based on inbound calls, demo requests, and product inquiries. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Roofing Company Responsibilities

Roofing companies are responsible for responding to leads, honoring applicable advertising and consumer protection rules, maintaining required licenses and insurance, and using submitted information appropriately.

No Guarantee

PeakReply does not guarantee lead volume, appointment availability, closed sales, or that every notification will be delivered without delay or failure.

Acceptable Use

Users may not use PeakReply to send spam, collect information without proper consent, misrepresent services, or interfere with the security or operation of the site.
