PeakReply is operated by DroneAlpha LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through our lead response and booking tools and how we use it.

Information We Collect

When a homeowner submits a roofing request, we may collect name, phone number, email address, property address, roofing issue details, urgency, insurance status, roof age, and preferred contact or inspection time.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to capture the request, notify the roofing company, help prioritize follow-up, and support the service relationship with that roofing company.

How Information Is Shared

We share lead details with the roofing company connected to the widget and with service providers used to deliver alerts, such as email, SMS, hosting, or workflow providers. We do not sell homeowner lead data.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except service providers that support PeakReply messaging operations.

SMS Alerts

PeakReply internal SMS alerts are sent only to designated PeakReply staff who opt in through the SMS consent page. These internal operational alerts are not sent to roofing company prospects or homeowner leads.

Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards for the information we process, including HTTPS in production and server-side handling of notification credentials. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Data Retention

We keep lead information only as long as needed for business, support, legal, or operational purposes. A roofing company may request export or deletion of its lead records, subject to legal or operational limits.
